Whoever is building on this foundation must be very careful

Serving people for the Lord is never easy, we must be very carful. Paul said It is like building the God's building, and the Lord Jesus himself is the foundation of the church.
Anyone who builds on that foundation may use a variety of materials—gold, silver, jewels, wood, hay, or straw. But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. The fire will show if a person’s work has any value.( 1 Corinthians 3:12-13 NLT)
So for those who serve the people for the Lord must be very careful. Reflect always and have your heart be examined by the Lord, make sure your serve with a pure heart and serve solely for the will of the Lord. The Lord's servant must be faithful to the Lord not to the people, and the Lord will judge us for what ever we do and whatever in our hearts.
