Take the initiative to communicate

Sometime I complained about the lack of communication among people both at church and at work. It nurtures speculation, builds wall to separate people, and delays the resolution of problem, making it from worse to worst.
While I was complaining, the Bible verses comes to me, why do not you stop complaining , why do not you take the initiative to communicate, why do not you take the responsibility to close the gap?
The Bible says, "So if you are presenting a sacrifice at the altar in the Temple and you suddenly remember that someone has something against you, leave your sacrifice there at the altar. Go and be reconciled to that person. Then come and offer your sacrifice to God. When you are on the way to court with your adversary, settle your differences quickly. Otherwise, your accuser may hand you over to the judge, who will hand you over to an officer, and you will be thrown into prison. And if that happens, you surely won’t be free again until you have paid the last penny. "(Matthew 5:23-26 NLT)
There will be always problems and differences among people. It might be hard sometime, but take the initiative to communicate, take the responsibility to solve and reconcile. The Lord will award you richly!
