To be a true shepherd through the Lord Jesus Christ

The teachers of religious law and the Pharisees were supposed to be the shepherds of the God's people and to take care of the Israel people. But were they really God's shepherds?
Jesus said they were not. Only those who who enter the sheepfold through the gate are the true shepherd. Those who sneaks over the wall of the sheepfold are not the shepherds of God, they are surly thieves and robbers! Jesus said that he is the gate to the sheepfold, only through him , a shepherd becomes a true shepherd of the God's people.
The lord gives many people the heart of being a shepherd, for those , make sure you shepherd the lord's people faithfully though the lord.
There are many false 'shepherds ' and many false teachings out there too,they are not through the lord. Be aware of them , and do not let them lead you away. The lord's sheep know the voice of the lord.

I tell you the truth, anyone who sneaks over the wall of a sheepfold, rather than going through the gate, must surely be a thief and a robber! But the one who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep recognize his voice and come to him.
