Agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose. It is a beautiful picture of unity! But how to achieve the unity?
Being humble, thinking others better than yourself. Looking out for the interests of yourself and others as well. It is a beautiful picture of humbleness and love. But how can you act like this?
The true humbleness, love and unity come from Jesus Christ.
Paul said it is based on the encouragement from belonging to Christ. It is rooted from the comfort from his love. It comes from the fellowship in the spirit. It flows out of your tender and compassionate heart.
So, come to the lord and have true humbleness, love and unity. It is the glory of God. Without God in the equation, these does not make sense and impossible to achieve.
