It was a heavy day in Sacramento, and we have another big day tomorrow.

 Assembly Bill 2459, which would have effectively shut down FFLs in California, failed to pass the Assembly Committee on Privacy and Consumer Protection thanks to the two Democrats and four Republicans who voted against it.
