青少年们已经不再在乎

曾几何时圣诞节的清早

那个穿着兔兔睡衣的小女孩儿

迫不及待地蹦出被窝窝

爸爸、妈妈快快起床了

开礼物了，开礼物了

打开自己的之后

还要代表襁褓中的小弟弟

兴奋的小脸儿像个红苹果

还有那个稚气的小男孩呢

No White Christmas This Year

It's so warm and wet this December

White Christmas? Not this year

There isn't any snow at all

Then there is no Santa on sleigh There is no gift under the tree

Actually there is no Christmas tree

No hanging of woolen red or green socks

So there isn't a place for stockings

What about in that small snow cottage in North Pole

The old couple spend their days opening letters from kids over the world

Elves in green potter around making colorful toys

All of this, thrown into the old good time when snowflakes swirled

No more, our adolescents do not care, anymore

Gone are those Christmas Days in the morning

Little Bunny Fufu jumped out of bed

And bumped her head into the Christmas tree 

Eyes twinkling with Christmas lights 

Finally it was time to open presents 

For herself AND those of her baby brother's as well

Gone is the baby fat on that little boy's cheeks

He would never forget to prepare milk and cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve

"Santa must be very hungry by the time he comes to our house."

Milk should be kept in the fridge and cookies on the kitchen table

He taped big signs from the fireplace to the kitchen

"Cookies over here; milk in there"

Perhaps at Christmas time in a future year

When they become parents themselves

They would also put up a Christmas tree for their children

And pile up presents under the tree

Then the children would sit around Granny,

begging to hear stories of their mommy or daddy, or uncle or auntie,

when they were little kids

"Once upon a wintertime, a beautiful princess called Snow..."
