Confront the wrong with humbleness and gentleness

We are all sinners. Even following Jesus, people are easily tied up by sins. This is true for ourselves and other people. For self, one could deal with the sin by praying , confessing , asking for forgiveness and making commitment to change. But have you confront any wrong of other people or any wrong of the society? Do we need to confront the wrong of others ? How should we confront the wrong of others?
These bible verses give sone clear instructions,
1> Help with gentleness and humbleness. These are always the characters of the Lord, he wants his disciples to follow him and serve like him. If you do not have humbleness and gentleness in your heart, do not do any thing. One can not serve the Lord with hate anger and pride.
2> Help to get back on the right path. One does not come to accuse or condemn, one come to help to overcome the wrong and get back to the right. Focus on what is right, instead of the wrong.
3>Be careful not to fall yourself. Sin is a power, be aware of your own vulnerability. Team up with others and get support always.
4> Willing to take the burden to help. If one of us is overcome with some sin, it should not be ignored, it is the command from the lord to help.
