You must rest even during the plowing season and harvest

We all have busy lives , busy with work , family, church and society, keep running overtime, through the weekend , year round, without break.
Even sometime we sit down for a while , our hearts would not settle down, and our thought are still flying, emotions still running.
But the God wants you to have a rest in him, even though you are busy , even as busy as during plowing season and harvest, you must rest.
In Exodus 34:21, the God says, “Six days you shall labor, but on the seventh day you shall rest; even during the plowing season and harvest you must rest. “
It is the God’ command that you must rest on the seventh day no matter how busy you are. So put down the work in your hands, settle down your heart , clear your thought, calm your emotion , and enjoy a rest with the God.
