The copper-colored sun
Peeping out between the houses
Beams "Hello!" "Hello!" "Hello!"
Wheels catching wheels to school
Hoping to beat the clock
Go round and round, round and round...
The shiny copper colored sun
Bouncing off the window panes
Waves "See~~you~~later~~"
The wheels are back in its garage
So am I back to my kitchen
Scrub...scrub...scrub...
When I look up outside——
A red-crested woodpecker
Working high up on the bare branches
Pecks knock, knock, knock,
Busy with its own morning chores

铜镜一样的太阳
在房子和房子之间一闪
一闪地问候 你早！你早！你早！
车轮碾着车轮
赶在上学的路上和
分针赛跑 快跑！快跑！快跑！
亮铜色的朝阳
从对面的玻璃窗上一跳
一跃向我摆手 回~~头~~见~~
车子回到车房 我回到
厨房里 收拾... 收拾... 收拾...
抬眼向窗外望去——
一只戴着红帽子的啄木鸟
在高高的秃树上“铛、铛 、铛”地
忙着它的一大早
