我们在海外的朋友们,偶爾會想念小时候常吃的咸鴨蛋。美国的鸭蛋較贵,也不常见,所以我改用有機雞蛋為原材料,做出油汪汪的咸雞蛋,一樣倍受大小朋友們的欢迎。现将简易腌制方法分享如下:
1)36枚鸡蛋洗洗晾干。
2)装一小碗精盐,一小碗黄酒,裁下36 片正方形保鮮膜備用。

4)将所有裹好的鸡蛋放到太阳底下攤開曝曬,晚上拿进来,一共需要四至五天的陽光。
5)將曬好的雞蛋放进带盖的容器里,储存在阴凉避光处,不需放冰箱。五到六個礼拜以後,將醃好的鹹雞蛋蒸熟或煮熟,就可吃到油汪汪的鹹雞蛋了。
⚡️⚡️⚡️鹹雞蛋出油的秘诀是一定要晒太阳!☀️☀️☀️☀️如果試一試,醃過的雞蛋还不够咸,或还没出油,就要将蛋再放放,多等一个星期。
