Have a clear conscience before the Lord

Some people are very sensitive to how others think of them , easily get discouraged , and even get hurt. But do you know that the most important thing is to have a clear conscience before the Lord , it is the Lord who really examine and decide everybody?
This is why Paul said to the Corinthians,"As for me, it matters very little how I might be evaluated by you or by any human authority. I don’t even trust my own judgment on this point. "
These judgements on Paul were not usual comments , but furious attack and rejection. Paul was not afraid or discouraged , instead he had a clear conscience before the Lord. He said, "My conscience is clear, but that doesn’t prove I’m right. It is the Lord himself who will examine me and decide. "
Do not be discouraged by how others think of you, if the comments are right , take it, if the comments are wrong , you could just be yourself. If you sin against the Lord, confess your sin to the Lord, and he will forgive your sin ; if you sin against people , apologize to people and ask for forgiveness. Most importantly, make sure that you have a clear conscience before the Lord, and be loyal to the Lord. The Lord will richly reward you in the end.
