【房贷利率】2月7日星期三(利率变差)

SUMMARY:今天(2月7日 星期三)开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比变差。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率上升至4.375%,15年固定利率上升至3.875%,
5/1 ARM利率上升至4.250%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率上升至4.250%,15年固定
利率保持在3.625%,5/1 ARM利率保持在3.750%.
