詩是我照亮生命的一道光
——詩人林懋予自述
一道光剎那間穿越我的靈魂
生命在與空氣的碰撞中啪啪作響
樹葉在陽光下青翠地吶喊
我看透一切又執迷於這一切
看透一切, 一切皆不是詩
沈迷一切, 一切皆是詩
人,就在詩與非詩的狀態下生存
也因為生存
所以
生命在空氣中啪啪作響
樹葉在陽光下青翠地吶喊.

縱然樹葉的吶喊中有毛毛蟲的呢喃
縱然生命中有行屍走肉的軀殼
因為看透一切我執迷於一切
因為執迷於一切我看透一切
有時候我需要詩,我執迷
有時候我不需要詩, 我看透
可是
有時候我因為看透
所以我寫詩
這是因為詩使我成為
一個哲學意義上清醒的人
所以我孤獨
而孤獨的時候我喃喃自得
我欣慰世界還有詩
我還有詩
剎那間我擁有繆斯
看！我手中這一道閃電……
Poetry Is a Light upon My Life
— The Poet Maoyu Lin on Himself
A light instantly flashes through my soul
And my life cracks loud in collision with air
As green leaves shout, crispy under the sun
I see through it all and yet I indulge in it all
I see through all, and nothing is poetry
I indulge in all, and everything is poetry
Me, I live in a state of poetry versus non-poetry
And living
So
My life cracks loud in the air
As green leaves shout, crispy under the sun

Even though in that shout hides caterpillar’s whisper
Even though life contains walking corps
Seeing through all, I indulge in all
Indulging in all, I see through all
At times I need poetry, for I am obsessed
At times I need no poetry, for I am disillusioned
However
At times I write poetry
Because I am disillusioned
This is because poetry makes me
A sober person in a philosophical sense
So I'm lonely
And when lonely, I mutter, complacent
I am pleased there is poetry in the world
I have my poetry
And instantly I have my muse
Look! This lightning in my hand...

Sea upon Sea
Maoyu Lin
You said
All wave splashes
Were for the sake of our sea
Yet when waves surged
You did not come
When wave splashes came
No trace of you
The Gulangyu Island
Had elongated its missing thoughts
Sunlight Rock shifted
And Bagua Pavilion stood on its end
In between waves
Going far
And near
Between waves and islands
Were entanglements inseparable
Sea upon sea, and scene in scene
The moon was proudly intoxicated
Because of Gulangyu Island in the sea...

Tao Zhijian is a translator and scholar, with a doctorate from McGill and a membership with the Chinese Writers Association in Quebec, Canada. His published works include Drawing the Dragon: Western European Reinvention of China (monograph), Bibliography Complex (translation from Chinese to English), Chung Siu Yau Series: the Golden Age, and English translations of poetry collections, entitled respectively The Fortuities of a Shoe, A Line at Dawn, and Upon the Flower. He has also published numerous critical essays, prose writings and poems in scholarly journals and other publications in China, Europe, the US as well as in Canada.

林懋予，男性，年齡不詳，詩人，作家，知名策劃人，出生於中國朦朧派舵手舒婷成長的地方,乃中國大陸頗具盛名的第一微信詩社海上海詩社社長。已先後在詩歌屆各類影響力卓著的出版物上發表文章近四百篇次，並五次獲得詩歌獎，享有“情詩才子”、“靈感帝”的美譽。林懋予在中國朦朧詩的繼承發展中借鑒了古代文學的“賦比興”之手法，創新了朦朧詩，並首倡“新朦朧詩”理念，是當今新朦朧詩派重要代表人物。
Maoyu Lin, male, age unknown, poet, writer and well known business planner. Born in the hometown of the leading Misty Poet Shu Ting, he heads the prestigious first Wechat poetry society in mainland China called Hai-shang-hai. With nearly four hundred poems published in various influential publications, and 5 different poetry awards, he is known as “love poetry wit”, and “inspiration whiz”. Carrying on the legacies of the Misty Poetry, and lending it the classic poetry-writing approaches of "Fu Bi Xing", he advocates a “new misty poetry”, for which he stands as a prominent representative.
