New Noise Complaint Program Available
Our friend Adam Worrall from Santa Cruz has written a program that logs our noise complaints, identifies the offending flights using the flightradar24 database then automatically sends the list to the SFO Noise Abatement Office once per day. You get a summary of your complaints in your email each morning. This program runs happily on desktops, iPads and smartphones.
The program is called serfr1 but despite its name, it is not serfr1 specific; it works fine anywhere.
Please remember, complaints about noise are the main criterion our elected representatives use to determine the extent of public concern about noise pollution.
