请下载报名表,填好后用email附件发至office@grandriverchineseschool.com 。

Feel free to forward the following math contest announcement to students who are interested in math.
The 8th Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art Contest (NCC15)
Co-organized and sponsored by Confucius Institute at the University of Waterloo, and sponsored by Canadian Mathematical Society, Grand River Chinese School will host "The 8th Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art Contest (NCC15)" on Nov. 21, 2015, 2:30pm to 4:00pm. Students achieving outstanding results in the contest will receive awards and certificates in 5 separate age groups (winners of grade 3 and grade 4 will be separately awarded).
NCC15 is a math contest designed for students of Grades 3 to 10 as a warm-up for the Canadian Math Contests (Thales Contest for Grade 3, Byron-Germain Contest for Grade 4, Fibonacci Contest for Grade 5, Pythagoras Contest for Grade 6, Gauss Contest for Grades 7 and 8, Pascal Contest for Grade 9, and Cayley Contest for Grade 10). The NCC is named after the Chinese ancient classic book "The Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nine_Chapters_on_the_Mathematical_Art).
During 2008 to 2014, NCC has tested 516 participants, many of them further wrote various Canadian math contests, and have been listed on honour rolls of those contests for 242 times including 50 times of golden standards, gold, silver and bronze medals, and perfect scores.
Participating in NCC15 is free. Local students who were born in 2000 to 2007 are eligible. Students from other areas may also attend if they are able to travel to Waterloo for the contest. To sign up for this contest, you need to download the registration form, and email the filled form as attachment to office@grandriverchineseschool.com by Oct. 31. Other details will be notified to eligible students by email.
Candidates who plan to write the contest are recommended to download and read the following two documents:
