Lead People before Work

We have a new supplier in the new season. The lady who handles our order is very accountable with full of apparel experience. Recently her performance is bad, many submission with missing which really impact the production status. I had a heart to heart talk with her and found out that she did the entire job by herself, she has assistant, but only help her on some system key in. So I told her that she needs to learn how to delegate more job to the assistant, analysis what kinds of thing she can ask her assistant to do under her supervise. In the meantime, any difficulty she need to escalate timely to her manager.
