In this course, basic skills needed for being a young entrepreneur as an individual or a team will
be developed and mentored through discussions about new tech based products, business and market
research, intellectual property, role of management teams, and writing of a business plan. Students
will work in teams with role playing of a management team on a rotation basis to learn about tech
product MVP specs, market size and segmentation, business model, competition analysis, budget
and financial projections to prepare and present a simple business plan for a new start-up company
by the end of the class.
