We all went through some periods of difficulty and uncertainty. How did you go through?
During the economic storm years ago, I worked in one big company, and there were lots of uncertainties , chaos and anxiety. The CEO wrote all employees a letter, " Stay focus. Keep working on whatever you have on hands, keep under control whatever within your limits. This is the best contribution you can do for the company."
This is very true! Actually , Paul also wrote the Thessalonians a letter while they were in difficulty, and urged them to settle down and live in a way that pleases God.
"Make it your goal to live a quiet life, minding your own business and working with your hands, just as we instructed you before. Then people who are not believers will respect the way you live, and you will not need to depend on others. "(1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 NLT)
So settle down and mind your own business, stay focus on what you have , and work on what you can. It is amazing that you will find lots of things you can do , and lots of things you can count on. The most ultimate treasure we have and can count on is our God himself, his love to us will last for ever , and his promise to us will never fail.
