Please attend the May 6th Newby Settlement Fairness Hearing
 On May 6th @ 9am, there will be a Fairness Hearing @ superior court, 191 N 1st St., San Jose. Please attend the very important Newby Class Action Settlement Fairness Hearing! We need odor victims of Newby Landfill to attend this court hearing. If you have to work, it will be OK to leave when you have to leave as long as you can arrive at 9AM.

Car parking will be very difficult and costly. We suggest carpooling.

If you need a carpool, please write your request in the sign-up notes.

Please check the attached map: red dropped pin is the superior court and the purple dropped pin is the area you can find closest free parking spots.

Fremont carpool pick up:

5-7 carpool seats
At the lone tree park on 400-450 starlite way Fremont before 8:15

Milpitas carpool pick up:
at Milpitas Grocery Outlet (215 W Calaveras Blvd )
at 8:15AM to 8:30AM

I can give 3-4people a ride.

Aihua offers 3-4 seats ride
