虽然今天Fed发言人陈述预计短期利率应该没什么变化，但是在对媒体做陈述时隐晦的指出实际怎么样要等到12月份的meeting见分晓，市场对这种不确 定做出强烈反应，股票市场大涨，短期债券yield也上涨。今天的lender中盘纷纷开始调差能提供给消费者的市场利率。个人认为，在市场已经开始对这种消 息有消化的情况下，利率不一定会等到12月份再有变化，而是很有可能在11月就做出反应，等到12月份的时候有可能因为消息已经被消化反而不会有太大的波 动。当然，正如文章所说，还有一个重要指标就是后面的就业报告情况。
    
另外，如果利率还没有锁的可以去问一下自己的loan officer看看具体case的情况，能锁了就尽量锁了。
