Abstract 

 

Solar Industry is experiencing a new phase of development. Ever expending solar farms for utilities, and new applications to the point of use. 

 

Solar Utility replaces other sources like oil, coal burning and must beat $0.3-0.5/kWhr generation cost. While Solar Point-of-Use applications provide convenience and in some market, replaces high end user cost, like in Italy and Philippines. In Philippines the electricity cost $0.25/kWhr and up. 

 

I will introduce a business model to best use solar energy to deliver/replace Point-of-Use electricity. It will be a long lasting process till solar is wide spread. 

 

Philippine market is a small market with strong demand, mainly due to the high cost and less stable electricity. There are also over 7000 islands can be great market as it develops. 

 

Through stores, we introduce the products, sales model, maintenance, as well as best way to meet customer needs. 

 

We expect a lot of challenges yet great demand. 

 

Similar to China, we expect competitions once our business start to pick up. We have strategy to differentiate and keep as number one choice.
