The Lord showed Moses his glorious presence

At Mount Sinai, Moses asked God to show him his glorious presence. For it is the Lord's presence among the Israelite set them apart from other people in the world! And God will go personally with them to the promised land.
As his glorious presence passed by , God hid Moses in a crevice of the rock, covered Moses's face with his hands, and Moses only saw his glorious presence from behind.
But do you know Jesus is the light to the world, and now you do not need to hide your face when you come to him.
Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.”(John 8:12 NLT)
So come to Jesus and live in the light of the Lord!

As my glorious presence passes by, I will hide you in the crevice of the rock and cover you with my hand until I have passed by. Then I will remove my hand and let you see me from behind.
