Come close to God, and God will come close to you

The general election finished finally. It was a nasty election. Even President-elect Trump admitted this in his victory speech.
There were many lewd personal attack flowing around, many deep secrets exposed under sun, many lies covering the sky, many bias twisting the truth, many evil in people's hearts brought to light...
But did you realize that it is God's mighty hands that stired these things up, it was the light from God that shined into the darkness?
He wanted us to look clearly at us, to see clearly how corrupted we are, our nation, our leaders, our people, and ourselves! He wants us to know how badly we need his forgiveness, his mercy and his grace!
While some still celebrating the victory, some still mourning the loss, let's all humble ourselves before God. Come close to God , and the God will come close to you. Our God gives grace generously to the people who humble before him.
