Everyone is valuable, everyone is indispensable

We live in a world which highly values "self sufficient " and "independent". Everybody is valuable, but nobody is indispensable. Everybody needs other people, but people always has alternative.
But in Christ, it is quite different . The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one whole body. So it is with the body of Christ.
In the body of Christ, everybody is valuable and everybody is indispensable. Some parts might seems less honorable, like feet to hands , ears to eyes, but this does not make it inferior and less than a part of the body. In the same way, some parts might seem more honorable, but this does not make it superior and more than a part of the body. A body can not be of only feet , can not be of only hands, can not be of only ears , can not be of only eyes . It is God who has put each part just where he wants it. In Christ, we are parts of the whole body, we are connected in the spirit and become dependent to each other.
The world actually should be the same. No matter you are at home with family, or at church with brothers and sisters, or at work with your colleagues, accept each other, support each other, and depend on each other. Everyone is valuable, everyone is indispensable

Yes, the body has many different parts, not just one part. If the foot says, “I am not a part of the body because I am not a hand,” that does not make it any less a part of the body.
