In Christ, there are no excuse of division

Some of you are saying, “I am a follower of Paul.” Others are saying, “I follow Apollos,” or “I follow Peter, ” or “I follow only Christ.”

The Corinthians made up excuses and drew lines to create division in the church. "Paul" could be the excuse, "Peter" could be the excuse, "Apollo" could be the excuse, even "Christ" could be the excuse.

Did this make any sense? Absolutely not. Christ is one. The baptism is one. He wants the children of God to be one body, to live in harmony with each other, to be of one mind, to be united in thought and purpose!

Bible verse,

I appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose. 1 Corinthians‬ ‭1:10‬ ‭NLT‬‬
