A White civil rights attorney's opinion in SF

Hi all, please read and ponder this-
Charles Carbone, a civil rights attorney in SF who has been fighting for the minority's equal rights for years, and owns a radio station, texted me this afternoon, being touched by my efforts too. He is a White.
His recommendation is- register as "Independent" or "non-declared", or "Green Party". He hates R more than D and he believes I were misled by the R.
I just explained to him that I hate parties, organizations, religions, all things like that. I am an independent fighting for the Asian's equal educational rights only. I don't believe any other smaller party like "Tea Party" will win any seats in 2016. So I have no choice but relying on the R.
I am open to any ideas and encourage people to see through the truth and find the best solution through discussion.
He questioned many tough issues like what Shichang has argued and Helen has answered. Shichang, were you convinced by Helen for her argument so far?
Please let me know- do you agree that Asian should register as "independent" or "non-declared" or "Green Party", which is better than voting for R?
Is Charles' opinion realistic for NOW?
Charles wrote- "The GOP opposed the single most important piece of civil rights legislation in the history of the United States. The civil rights act of 1964."
"Just to question some of this false notion that the GOP care about equality."
"Anyway, things to think about because you should not be under illusions that the GOP is for equality."
"And push from all sides without party affiliation."
"The best solution is public financing of elections. To get big money out of politics. And allow the public to vote more laws in via public ballot initiatives thereby taking control away from well paid legislators and lobbyists."
"Once campaign finance reform is in place. But especially given the recent decisions by coincidentally republican Supreme Court appointments, that is not likely."
Wish to hear from you,
