【房贷利率】3月2日星期五(利率变差)

SUMMARY:今天(3月2日 星期五)开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比变差。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率上升至4.500%,15年固定利率上升至4.000%,
5/1 ARM利率保持在4.375%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率上升至4.375%,15年固定
利率上升至3.875%,5/1 ARM利率保持在3.875%.
