SUMMARY:今天(12月08日 星期四)开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比变差。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率上升至4.125%,15年固定利率上升至3.500%,
5/1 ARM上升至3.875%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率上升至4.000%,15年固定
利率上升至3.375%,5/1 ARM利率上升至3.500%.
