This is nothing about poor or rich. This is about race. This kind of AA is a just another word of racism.
This is absolutely not just about a problem in public education, it is a matter of what kind of character is being encouraged in this society.
Today, you change rules to use race to kick serious Asian kids out of top universities. Tomorrow, they will change rules to kick you out of your jobs, simple because you have a different race with the majority. No race can be guaranteed being a majority for ever. Race is a dangerous thing to release. Keep it sealed.
