12月1日的活動是非常難得的機會能夠參加這天的宣誓慶祝活動。早上8點到9點半的早餐會（限20人），然後回到（walking distance) Bob的Capitol office 參加由10點到11點半的Coffee and Pastry Reception。由11點半到大約1點半是正式的宣誓典禮。目前有3人可以和Bob 到Senate Floor, 同時on a first come, first serve basis,有些人可以到Senate Chamber 的gallery (樓上）去觀禮，或在Bob的辦公室（限約35人左右）看電視轉播觀禮。同時在Bob的辦公室備有由Sacramento 非常受歡迎的中餐館Frank Fats 在Bob的辦公室中提供中式自助餐。典禮及午餐結束後，Bob會親自帶有興趣參加的朋友參觀加州首府。報名參加的人必須提供全名。須要訂房間的人也請告訴我。Bob的辦公室會幫忙統一訂房。

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:  A block of hotel rooms for the evening of November 30, 2014 has been reserved at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento at the discounted rate of $129.00, plus tax, for anyone who wishes to stay at the hotel the night before the breakfast.  This special rate is based on availability and must be reserved by November 24, 2014.  Please let Mei Mei know if you want to reserve a room.
