SUMMARY:今天(2月17日 星期五)开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比稍好。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率下降至4.000%,15年固定利率保持在3.250%,
5/1 ARM利率保持在3.250%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率保持在3.950%,15年固定
利率保持在3.125%,5/1 ARM利率下降至2.990%.
