研究表明亚裔在大学找mentor中受到令人震惊的歧视，我曾撰文提倡我们要整合力量帮助孩子们。行动起来,给孩子这个演讲 的机会，鼓励他们张嘴；然后我们一起讨论影响成功的因素，还可以从四代ABC那里学到她们成长的经历。相信不论小学还是高中生都会从不同角度介绍自己并参与讨论。３０秒不短，２分钟不多，关键是第一步！
Adviser Laura Lee is a 4th Generation ABC who has been a teacher. She has shared her experience growing up in different neighborhoods with our club members. We were so impressed by her enthusiasm in reaching out to youths.

Answer: put whatever kids think represent themselves into the bag, take out a piece and talk about it. This is adviser Laura's idea. More like a self intro w the bag as an ice breaker. No need for PowerPoint. Once kids finish presenting themselves, we can have discussions. The library room does have a podium but for younger kids, they just face the audience.
小学年龄小的少讲，高中生可以focus on one aspect and talk deeper. 大人也可以讨论与孩子教育成长有关的，所以即使孩子在外地camp不能来，家长也可以加入。
