款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率稳定在3.625%,15 年固定维持为2.750%,5/1 ARM稳
定在3.000%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率维持为3.500%,15年固定稳定在2.750%,5/1 ARM维持在2.750%
