【房贷利率】8月12日星期一(利率变好)

SUMMARY:今天(8月12日 星期一) 开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比变好。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率降低至3.625%,15年固定利率下降至3.125%,
5/1 ARM利率下降至3.375%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率下降至3.500%,15年固定
利率降低至3.000%,5/1 ARM利率降低至3.125%.
