PLAY (Promoting Leadership in Aspiring Youth, http://www.weidb.com/playclub) Music Ensemble started out simply as a small group of three students who shared a strong love of music, and wanted to give back to their communities in any way they could. By combining these two ideas, PLAY Music Ensemble was formed: an organization where we could perform community service while playing music. It started out humbly, with only a fewer students practicing together at one of their houses, but it will be much more soon. We hope to have many more aspiring members in the future that share our ideals and will help our organization succeed.

PLAY Music Ensemble Mission Statement：

PLAY Music Ensemble is a student-run musical community service organization composed of youths in middle and high school around the Tri-valley area. Our mission is to give back to our communities by providing innovative community service while at the same time bringing together youths who share a common love of music. In the PLAY Youth Band, we hope to promote leadership, musical, and most importantly, teamwork abilities.

繁忙的学习和课外活动挡不住孩子们对音乐的热爱。PLAY Music Ensemble 由PLAY Youth成员Christopher Tong, Brandon Zhang, Alex Lee于2014年10月10日成立，现有6位成员。希望热爱音乐并希望以音乐服务和回馈社区的PLAY成员踊跃参加。
