If you live in the Saratoga area, please consider joining me at Saratoga's Annual 4th of July Celebration. It is one of the - if not THE BEST celebrations of our nation's founding in the entire Bay Area. Saratoga is the only city in CA named for a Revolutionary War event (the Battle of Saratoga, which was the turning point of the war and led to our Independence). Our event is a real hometown Americana event - complete with a local band (60 members including me). It lasts only an hour and a half so you can celebrate the rest of the day in your own style.
