SUMMARY:今天(9月17日 星期一) 开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比上涨。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率上升至4.750%,15年固定利率上升至4.250%,
5/1 ARM利率上升至4.250%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率上升至4.625%,15年固定
利率上升至4.125%,5/1 ARM利率上升至4.125%.
