SUMMARY:今天(7月12日 星期三)开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比变好。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率下降至3.950%,15年固定利率保持在3.250%,
5/1 ARM利率下降至3.375%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率下降至3.800%,15年固定
利率保持在3.000%,5/1 ARM利率保持在3.125%.
