Dear all, I do not know if you are ever intrigued to read Revelation. Some people avoid Revelation because they can not handle the concept of God's judgment. The thought of such severity from a good, loving God can be troubling. It is difficult for us to reconcile the harmony within God's infinite, multifaceted nature, which operates in perfect unity---benevolent grace and just judgment. He never violates one attribute to exercises another. Revelation revels the finality of God's just judgment on those who reject His Son alongside His immense saving grace toward His redeemed ones who embrace His Son. There is no reason to fear if you belong to the LORD.
There are difficulties when we try to understand Revelation since no one fully understand everything in Revelation. Believers who hold differing interpretings have important comman ground. For example, they all look forward LORD Jesus' return, believers' resurrection  and renewal. We should not assume that difference of interpretation make Revelation too difficult to study. God gave us this book  to assure us with hope , courage and stability. God intends to bless us if we read it.
"Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near." Revelation1:3
