Dear Friends,
The journey of running for City Council for me has been most enlightening and it has been an incredible learning experience. But, the one biggest gift has been all the support each and everyone has given me throughout this journey. There is simply no words to express the gratefulness I feel in my heart... Thank You.
As you know, I did make 5th place in this Council race, but at a too close for comfort margin. The Registrar of Voters still has several thousands of mail-in and provisional ballots to process, it can take weeks for final results.
I checked to see if my absentee mail-in ballot had been processed and it hasn't been as of this morning going into Day 3. If you would like to find out if your ballot has been processed, you can check herehttp://eservices.sccgov.org/rov/
I know many of you, bless your hearts, have been monitoring the count daily at the Santa Clara Registrar of Voters website http://results.enr.clarityelections.com/CA/Santa_Clara/54209/148095/Web01/en/summary.html . I've been hitting that refresh button every 5 minutes until I was told that the registrar's will update daily (Monday - Friday) after 5:00PM, so I am no longer refreshing every 5 minutes.
Your notes and phone calls of encouragement, support and believe in me yesterday and today have meant so much to me... I am very blessed to have your confidence and support.
Hang in there with me and please continue with all the positive thoughts to secure that 5th seat for me.
