现在选战已经到了临门一脚的关键时刻，precinct captain就是在这临门一脚时把球踢进去的人；加州这艘大船驶向何方，要靠掌舵人，选什么样的掌舵人，靠我们全体选民，选民出不出来投票发声，全靠precinct captains。
紧急招募precinct captain. He/she make sure all the Rep or DTS come out to vote on 11/4 before 8PM. He/She has to check with the polling station by cross out the name of the voter already vote and contact the one did not vote yet come out to vote.

11月4日这天，SVGOP总部办公室全天开放，从上午9点到下午晚上8点，不论你上班还是在家，都有可能出来帮忙1小时，几小时，甚至半小时都有莫大的帮助！
时间：11/4, 星期二，9：00am- 8：00pm
地点：SVGOP HQ 522 N.Monroe Rd, San Jose 9AM to 8 PM. behind Valley Fair.
