8 Eggs
1 Cup white sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1 and 1/2 Cup Swans Down Cake Flour
1/2 Cup Vagetable Oil
1/2 Tea Spoon Cream of Tartar
1st. Separate the Egg white and Yoke
2nd. Mix the Egg white with 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 Tea Spoon Cream of Tartar until form.
3rd. ( pre-heat the oven while mixing) Mix the Egg Yoke with 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 Cup Vagetable oil and 1 1/2 cup Swans Down Cake Flour until well mixed. Then pour it to the white part, use Stirrer to mix slowly with hand.
4rd. Leave it in oven bake for 40 minutes (350*).
