JXJ Technologies Corp. (JXJ), a company focuses on developing wearable life-sensing health products and is

committed to creating ipreCare life-sensing health monitoring platform on the basis of modern IOT technology and

life-sensing devices.

Since being established, JXJ Tech has been devoted to developing jWotch wearable health monitoring products. Its first

generation of wearable device is a soft life-sensing watch pioneered in the world, initiating a new category of wearable

devices. The second generation is a multi-functional health monitor received the first award in Microsoft BizSpark

Competition in great China region in 2011 and the first prize in the Switzerland Seedstars World Competition of China

region in July, 2013. The third generation passed the technical evaluation of relevant departments in Chinese Ministry of

Science and Technology. The core technology of the product reached global advanced level, making it be strongly favored

by the user market. The products are in short supply currently. Now, the fourth generation is in testing and the fifth

generation is also in R&D. With supports from Microsoft, China Institute of Academy, China Unicom, China Life Insurance,

JXJ has received remarkable achievements and has recognized in China with its patents and products that meet demands of

the health market, preliminarily establishing its technology leadership in this new industry.

JXJ transfers its core technology to real productivity. Its health management platform, ipreCare, which is a life-sensing

remote health monitoring platform providing a solution integrating hi-tech products with the sensor network. It combines

products, service and information, teams of doctors and experts, social assistance and family monitoring (Apps on smart

phone). This holistic solution of “automatically monitoring + online services + social help agency” has overturned the

traditional health management mode in China with low costs and high efficient, thus reducing the high death rate of senior

citizens that lack of timely treatment or care. This pioneering solution has been approved by national authority.

JXJ implements a strategy that integrates R&D, production, sales, and services. Not only has JXJ the headquarters in

US and its Chinese headquarter in Jiaxing, China, but also has JXJ established several branches in China, including R&D

base in Wuxi (ipreCare), Changzhou Health Management Center(jpreCare), Sales branch in Tianjin, and Health

Management Base in Chengdu, etc. In addition, it is planning to establish offices in Shanghai and Beijing.
