SUMMARY:今天(11月29日 星期四) 开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比变好。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率下降至4.875%,15年固定利率保持在4.375%,
5/1 ARM利率保持在4.250%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率下降至4.750%,15年固定
利率保持在4.125%,5/1 ARM利率保持在4.250%.
