【房贷利率】6月27日星期二 (利率变好)

SUMMARY:今天(6月27日 星期二)开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比变好。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率保持在3.875%,15年固定利率保持在3.125%,
5/1 ARM利率保持在3.250%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率保持在3.750%,15年固定
利率保持在3.000%,5/1 ARM利率保持在3.125%.
