14 years and above. 14岁以上。

Canadian permanent residents and citizens. You must be registered as a Conservative Party member before Mar. 28th, 2017. 在2017年3月28日之前注册为保守党党员的持枫叶卡加拿大永久居民和公民。

4. When is the actual vote date? 投票日是几号？

May 27. 5月27日。

5.  How does a person actually vote – date, location, time, etc. 到底如何投票呢？比如日期、地点、时间等：

April 28 (on or after): ballots will be mailed out to Conservative members at their listed address; 

4月28日（当日及之后）：选票将会根据注册的地址邮寄给保守党党员；

May 26, 5:00 pm EST: ballots must be received by this date and time; and

May 27: results will be announced from a Leadership Event in Toronto.
