7/14/2016 --- State Check –Two staff came --- first round check

8/3/2016 – State emailed for paperwork  

8/20/2016 -- State letter issued 14 pages / 18 items --- 1St round paperwork request notice 8/20/2016

8/23/2016 – State emailed

8/29/2016—BP emailed questions about staff.

9/6/2016 – State emailed about program

9/17/2016 – BP mailed all required files for 1st round paperwork. 

9/28/2016 – State emailed for more paperwork 

9/29/2016 – State called BP about more requirement. BP emailed State for clarification.

9/30/2016 – State emailed back the answers.

10/5/2016 – BP submitted the State paperwork

 10/11/2016 – State emailed BP for second round paperwork. Scheduled office meeting to discuss on 10/18/2016. ------- 2 round paperwork request 10/11/2016 received

10/18/2016 --- BP met State staff in Boston to discuss second round paperwork needed.  

10/28/2016 – State emailed about status of second round paperwork. BP asked for time 

extension to 11/4/2016. Because BP is very busy in fighting 希粉 in wechat

11/3/2016 – BP emailed State for extension for second round paperwork. State agreed till 11/11/2016. 

Because BP is still super busy in fighting 希粉 in wechat 

11/10/2016 – BP went to Boston to deliver second round paperwork to State 

11/17/2016 – State emailed opinion for second round paperwork and gave third round paperwork. --- 3rd round paperwork – 11/17/2016

11/17/2016 – BP emailed State and finished 3rd round paperwork – 11/17/2016

11/18/2016—BP emailed State more paperwork . 

11/30/2016 – State did on-site check (second on-site) and asked for fourth round paperwork on site. Submitted to State. Fourth round paperwork on site– 11/30/2016

12/1/2016- State emailed feedback of second on-site review on 11/30/2016. Asked BP to attend more training.

12/6/2016 – BP attended training from 8am-3pm.  

12/8/2016 – State emailed BP fifth round paperwork notice 

12/22/2016-BP completed 5th round paperwork and delivered to the State
