We, Concerned Citizens, are expressing our strong objection of Bill AB 1726 in which we strongly believe it will lead to more division, separation among the communities based on place of birth of a person, or the person·s ancestor.
This Bill is against the principle of our founding fathers setting on our declaration of independence . This is against the will of millions of people represented by Dr. Martin Luther King's emotional speech - 'I Have A Dream', where all people are brothers and sisters, not divided by race or the color of their skins or the place of birth of persons ancestors.
Racial equality and birth place equality are one of the key pillars and cornerstones of this great country.
Dear Senator and Assembly person, please join hands with us(UBC-United for a Better Community) to help strengthen our country by building better and more unified communities. Let's put a stop to the division.
