1. 过度执法是小生意的毒药，我们是国家经济体的顶梁柱。最近魔化指责美甲行业就是最好的警告，所有的小商家，餐厅、 spas, 旅行社...，都可成下一个目标。
“工资保证金"是政府窃取我们的钱来支付他们的大政治捐助者、 保险公司、 律师。
"工资保证金"是骗子赚钱的渠道！
"工资债券"关闭商店，失去就业机会!
2.我们没有隐藏“大规模杀伤性武器"，别再骚扰守法的小业者。所有要检查的文件都可安排在会计办公室中查看，临检制造混乱，破坏生意，我们是忙于帮政府创税收，请尊重工人，和工人一起拼命的老板，还有我们的客人。
3 我们需要更多的支持
较少的执法 = 较少的税钱被浪费掉了!
很多企业主都是移民，语言和时间受到限制。 向我们发送我们母语能理解的普法，会少了很多不必要的违规;
违规大部分是文件不全的违规，不是实际的违规。
违规大多来自对于法律的无知。

United We Can Tell the Government "Enough is Enough"
1.Over Enforcement, under support are the poisons for all Small Businesses, the back bone of our country economy.
Recent demonized nails salons industry serve warnings for the all small businesses restaurants, spas, travels agency....
"Wage bond" is how government steal our money to pay for their big political donors, insurance companies, lawyers...
"Wage bond" is another way to pay con artists.
"wage bond" closes shop, loses jobs!
2. We hide no "WMD" (Weapons of Mass Destruction)
Stop harassing law abiding business owners. All the paperwork can be arranged and viewed in the accountant offices, after hour, simple appointment. Mid-day surprised inspections create hostility and confrontation when we are busy generating tax supporting government.
3 We need more support!
less enforcement = less tax money get wasted!
Many business owners are immigrants, language and time are constrained.
Sending us the education materials in the languages that we understand will less a lot unnecessary violations. Do not send the agents to intimidating the owners! And the goals of the agents should be on helping owners and workers, not the fines!
Most of violations are paperwork violations, not the actual one.
